The Impact of Climate Change on Fruit and Vegetable Intake in Belize

Assuming roles as both a Nutrition Specialist and Extension Coordinator, students will be able to construct two 5-year strategic plans that will:

  1. Promote dietary intake and improved nutrition
  2. Alleviate future agriculture production challenges
