Assuming the role as a philanthropist, students will review grant proposals addressing the effects of climate change on food security. By the completion of the module, students will be able to:
- List strengths and weaknesses of each proposal
- Recommend project(s) to be funded
- Develop suggestions for grantee(s) on how to prepare for possible weather events
