Reproductive Structures: Rain Tolerant Flowers

Upon completion of this module, students will be able to:

  1. describe how flowers exhibit many adaptations to heavy and persistent rainfall
  2. describe how some tropical flowers utilize water as an attractant for pollinators and/or capture nutrients
