This case study is set in the Florida Gulf Coast following landfall of Hurricane Irma in 2017. It focuses on the impacts to a vegetable farmer, with emphasis on impacts to agricultural machinery. Impacts are discussed through the lens of leadership framework postulated by Bolman and Deal (2013).
