1. Understand Sundance’s orchid production system.
2. Understand the impact of hurricane Irma on Sundance’s business and structures.
3. Define the four leadership frames in the context of Sundance and hurricane Irma.
4. Develop a plan for Sundance Orchids and Bromeliads based on leadership lenses and the four leadership frames.
